Couldnt make a withdrawal before i was fully verified. Drivers license back and front, utility bill, proof of deposit and document that shows i own the bank account. Uploaded the documents and got fully verified. Same day (sunday) and moment i got the email, i made a withdrawal to my bank account.

Today i got an email they canceled my withdrawal and wanted another picture of selfie and drivers license.

I uploaded this even if it was kinda weird.

Why would you request this later on and not in the same moment?
